Return of goods

You don't like the goods? Just send them back to us undamaged. Choose the product you want to return, fill out the form and follow the instructions.

We'll walk you through exchanging and returning goods in four easy steps.

  1. Sign in to your account. Not registered? It doesn't matter, you load the order by its number.
  2. Select the products you would like to return or exchange. Different size or color? A completely different product? No problem.
  3. Check, fill out the notes and provide the account number where we will reimburse you for any overpayments.
  4. Send us the package.

How and where can I return the goods?

You can return unused goods to us within 14 days. Returning goods is easy. All you have to do is fill out the online return form. Please return the goods unused and in the original packaging. We thank you!

How long will it take before I get my money back?

Once the goods reach us, we simply check whether they are damaged in any way. If it's fine, we'll refund your money as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal.

Is it possible to exchange the returned goods for another product from the online shop?

An exchange is of course possible. To do this, the online form for the return and exchange of goods must be accessed. Then simply follow the instructions to exchange the goods that appear on the form. You only have to pay the difference in price and the cost of delivering the newly selected goods to you. In the event of an overpayment, you will instead be asked to provide your account number, to which we can refund the amount. The goods you are returning must be unused and in their original packaging. We thank you!  

Note: The newly selected products will not be reserved for you until we receive your package. Therefore we cannot guarantee that they will be in stock. If the newly selected products are not in stock, we will contact you.
