How can I complain about goods?

For a quick and easy claim, please fill out the online claim form above. If you have purchased as a logged in customer, you will see on the form all the items that are still under warranty. Once you have filled out the form, you will see all the information you need to claim and return the goods.

How can I find out about the status of my complaint?

As soon as we receive the goods, we will send you a confirmation of receipt by e-mail. We have 30 days to resolve everything and inform you about the outcome of the complaint. We always try to do this as soon as possible.
